Right of withdrawal

For consumers who book a paid package or a featured placement.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1.Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

A consumer is someone entering into the contract for purposes that are mainly outside their trade or profession. This right therefore does not normally apply to dealer packages.

2.When the period starts

The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, that is when the booking is confirmed.

3.Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires early once the service has been fully performed, provided the consumer expressly agreed beforehand that performance should begin immediately and acknowledged that this ends the right of withdrawal.

This concerns immediate featuring of a listing: it takes effect right after payment. If you do not want immediate performance, wait before booking.

Where a service has been performed only in part, a proportionate amount is payable.

4.How to withdraw

A clear statement sent to the email address given in the imprint is sufficient. Using the model form below is possible but not required.

Sending the statement before the period expires is enough to meet the deadline.

5.Consequences

The operator refunds all payments received without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same means of payment used for the booking. No fees are charged for this.

6.Model withdrawal form

To: the address and email address given in the imprint.

I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for the following service: __________

Ordered on: __________ · Name: __________ · Address: __________ · Date: __________
