Terms of use

LEVIZ is a vehicle marketplace for Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. These terms apply to every use of the site, with or without an account.

Differing terms proposed by a user apply only if the operator has agreed to them in writing.

LEVIZ brings sellers and buyers together. The contract of sale for a vehicle is concluded solely between those two. LEVIZ is never a party to it, nor a seller, broker or escrow agent.

LEVIZ does not inspect vehicles, does not verify documents, and guarantees neither condition nor mileage, customs status or ownership. All of that comes from the seller.

Payments for a vehicle do not go through LEVIZ. Anyone asked to pay a stranger in advance should report it.

An account is required to publish listings and send messages. The details must be accurate and kept up to date.

An account is personal. Credentials must not be shared; anyone who suspects that someone else has access should change their password and contact the operator.

An account can be deleted at any time without giving reasons.

By publishing a listing you confirm that you are entitled to sell the vehicle and that the details are accurate. This applies in particular to price, mileage, year, accident history, customs status and plate origin.

Photos must show the vehicle offered and must not infringe anyone else's rights. Images taken from manufacturer sites or other listings are not permitted.

Each vehicle may be listed only once at a time. A sold vehicle must be marked as sold or removed.

The following are prohibited in particular:

• listings for vehicles that do not exist or do not belong to the seller
• false statements about customs status or the origin of plates
• tampered mileage or concealed accident damage
• demands for advance payment without handover of the vehicle
• collecting other users' contact details for advertising
• automated scraping of the site without written permission

Publishing a basic listing is free. Additional visibility and dealer packages are paid; prices and durations are shown on the pricing page and again before purchase.

All prices are in euro and include statutory VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew for the booked period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancellation is possible at any time under Billing in your account and takes effect at the end of the current period.

The operator may review, reject, hide or delete listings and suspend accounts where these terms or applicable law are breached, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud.

No refund is owed for paid services removed because of a breach.

The users who created listings and messages are solely liable for their content.

The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.

Uninterrupted operation is not owed. Maintenance and faults may restrict access temporarily.

The operator may amend these terms. Registered users are informed by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Not objecting counts as agreement; anyone who objects may close their account.

The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which a consumer is habitually resident remain unaffected.
